Shipping policy

PACKAGE FULFILLMENT

Orders can be fulfilled within 1-7 days depending on volume of orders. But please note some orders may take up to 5-9 days for orders to be processed if there are some issues with shipping addresses. If there is a delay in dispatch it most likely would mean that there was an address or payment processing error, which the customer will be notified or contacted immediately. You will be sent an email confirmation when it is dispatched and fulfilled.

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout. We cannot provide a refund or change address once package has left our warehouse. Any sold out orders will be cancelled and refunded. In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING

Upon finalizing your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your package, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout. Shipping outside of Canada and United states may receive a charge of or between $25-$85 (USD) shipping, this is applied during the checkout process. Delivery may take up to 1-2/3 weeks until delivered depending on where you live. 

 

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note Her Fashion Paradise does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Her Fashion Paradise will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions. Her Fashion Paradise is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are also non refundable.
